Notes on foods

Recipe for Mango pancakes:

Ingredients for 4 people:

200 g whipped cream
100 g sugar
2 Mangos
2 Eggs
150 ml milk
1 Pck. vanilla sugar
4 TABLESPOONS butter
150 g flour
1 Tsp baking powder
some salt
Possibly icing sugar

Preparation:

50 g easily caramelise sugar in a pan, stock with cream and stir as long as until the caramel of the ground has replaced. Cream in the refrigerator can be cold and make. The mango meat cut and dice.

Now separate the eggs and the egg yolk with vanilla sugar and the remaining sugar is mixed. Also, the milk is added.

Recipe - herb risotto

Preparation:
