Save time in the Christmas stress eating plan for fast cooking-

The task list at Christmas time is getting longer. Therefore I make easy it me this week and cook 7 recipes that go quickly and easily.

An eating plan with 7 quick dishes:

Monday: Tomatoes bulgur with capers and olives

Tuesday: Shrimp on saffron pasta salad

Wednesday: Red lentils soup

Thursday: Fast wood ladle with noodles

Friday: Mashed potatoes with carrots and sausages

Saturday: Paprika mushroom skillet with dumplings

Sunday: sliced Turkey in Paprikacreme
