Döner, Big Mac or Currywurst - what is "healthier"?

D?ner, Big Mac and co. are for many on the daily menu, but that the good fast food is anything but healthy, is now known. Scientifically proven high cholesterol and adverse effect on the cardiovascular system and the male power.

D?ner, Currywurst und Co. machen sich auf den H?ftenbreit ?Flickr/Alex Kehr

Burgers are unhealthy and Currywurst makes you fat. But still have these dishes a very strong appeal and are consumed daily millions. However, is the fact that an occasional consumption unhealthy food doesn't cause health damage, to take into account.

A burger comprising meat and cheese light sandwiches and a fat disc one, is not the healthiest should be arrived at each. The slice tomato and the lettuce make it a healthy food. A Big Mac has a caloric content of approximately 500 kcal, what seems like a record for a such small snacks.

But also the very appreciated Currywurst (approx. 150 g) like consumed in combination with greasy fries and mayonnaise has experienced a calorie of 409. Healthy is truly different.

Remains of good d?ner which should be at least relatively healthy I believe in fast food. In General, includes food fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce in combination with relatively fatty meat. A d?ner which roughly has a weight of 350 g contains 665 kilocalories and 17 g fat.

Precarious in the fast food is the fact that the food is eaten very quickly and with its many calories but little volume long satisfies the hunger. It also contains to much unhealthy fat sugar and white flour, increase of leads blood sugar levels. The body then reacts with emissions of insulin, so that the sugar in the cells can be transported. The result is low blood sugar, which in turn leads to cravings.

Against the occasional consumption of these unhealthy foods, nothing is truly to say should be however not regularly on the menu.

Traditional food on Christmas Eve

But the traditions are as diverse on Christmas Eve. I've Googled, and was really surprised how many different traditional dishes in our country on the table.

My impression is that potatoes with sausages, raclette and fondue are high on the hit list.

With us there are traditionally two varieties Heringssalat and to a fresh baguette. That has already eaten my mother as a child and I'll make your recipe again this year. I find such traditions have something very special and make this day a true family.

When choosing the food for the Christmas Eve, one should only consider how beautifully you would like to make it.

The big advantage of the herring salad is that fine to prepare it the day before. That leaves more time for the many other things that make this festival.

Here you can watch you the recipe: Traditioneller_Heringssalat [1]
