My eating plan for this week is a good example that you can win much time if clever Cook. On the weekly schedule (see link) there a column entitled "Preparing for the next day".
My tip is: you hang the weekly schedule in your kitchen. Look and you know what you can prepare for the next day.Often a small step saves hectic and stressful, one the day before if you just before almost home comes.
My suggestion for a weekly schedule:
Monday: Tomatoes-Risotto - preparing for Tuesday: Cook potatoes
Tuesday: Potato with Bacon and salad - preparations for Wednesday: pizza dough
Wednesday: Pizza with rocket salad and Parma ham - preparation for Thursday: complete Pan
Thursday: Leek macaroni skillet - preparation for Friday: peel potatoes and carrots
Friday: Mashed potatoes with carrots and sausages – preparation for Saturday: complete soup
Saturday: millet cream soup with pepper - preparing for Sunday: FOB potatoes
Sunday: onions with fried potatoes and salad
