At the same time, the pineapple is an extremely vitamin and mineral-rich fruit that comes the metabolism as well. Also, the enzymes contained in it positively affect our nervous system and support the digestion. A real all-round talent to health.
The combination of cattle and pineapple in a tasty, sweet spicy sauce is almost comparable to a visit to the Asians.
It is quickly and easily prepared, containing little fat and is still an exotic treat.
Cattle pineapple stew (of Cookarella)

Ingredients for 4 servings:
350 g fillet of beef
200 ml pineapple juice
300 g of pineapple juice
2 Onions
1 Pepper (green)
4 TABLESPOON soy sauce
100 ml broth
1 TBSP oil
2 TBSP sauce Binder (bright)
some chives

Preparation:
