Preparation:

Knead all the ingredients for the dough. Wrap it in some film and are about an hour in the refrigerator.
In the meantime ever small chop the sweets for decorating. Preheat the oven to about 200 ? C.
The dough from fridge get and about half thick roll out cm and with a moulds, asterisk, or similar additive.
The cookies set on a baking sheet with parchment paper made and bake at 200 ? C approximately 8-10 minutes.
The sweets on the biscuits spread and lightly. Bake then once about 3 minutes until the caramel starts to throw bubbles. The cookies cool down then well let.

Chocolate coating and nougat gross hack and melt in a water bath. The mass to cool something and distribute decorative on the biscuits with a pastry bag.
