Recipe - beetroot salad with Knofi and walnuts

Ingredients:1 kg boiled red Beeteca. 40 gr Walnuesse1 large Knoblauchzehe250 ml delicate mayonnaise

Preparation:

Salads beetroot is there plenty on the net. I have not seen this variant in the German kitchens so far. I do not know whether it is now typical Russian. Know it just from the Russian side. The preparation is very fast and her best even rated the taste. ;) The first time I recommend it with half of the ingredients to try to get to the taste.

1. As a first, the beetroot with the smallest holes of the grater must be floated.

2. In the following picture you can see the amount that results from 1Kg.. The beds is too juicy in this State. The loose juice drain, lightly so that more juice folds with the hand. As a result it can regulate basically the salad should be loose and juicy. We like it very easily.

3. The walnuts are chopped in small, not too small! The Knofizehe is pressed in. Below you can see the amount. The two ingredients can vary depending on the taste and freshness (especially in garlic).

4. Prior to the addition of nuts and garlic, I shuffle already under 50% of the mayonnaise.

5. All mix well, taste and smooth paint with a tablespoon.
