Recipe - muesli dessert with cherries and eggnog

Ingredients for 4 people:1 glass Sauerkirschen1 EL Zucker1 EL Zimt200g Frischkaese500g Quark100g Puderzucker6 EL Milch1 B. Sahne1 p. Vanillezucker250ml Eierlikoer375g chocolate cereals

Preparation:

The muesli dessert needs some preparation time. Plan so in a timely manner.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar and stir with the having cherries. Overnight let. Any excess liquid to drain and fill the cherries in a large bowl.

Mix cream cheese, Quark, icing sugar and milk. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.

First layer the mozzarella, then the eggnog, then the cream and most recently the cereals of the cherries.

The muesli dessert can be filled also in small, decorative bowls.
