Preparation:

Caro has prepared the guacamole with mango and many spices and herbs . As a side dish or as a healthy spread.
1. Solve flesh of the avocado of the shell and the core. Mango Peel and cut the flesh into very small cubes. Finely dice clove of garlic.
2. Finely grind the spices in a mortar or a spice grinder. Alternatively, to use ground spices. Finely chop the herbs.

3. Type the avocado meat in a bowl and mash with a fork to a pulp. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Cover the bowl and the guacamole for about half are an hour in the refrigerator.
