Preparation:
This beef Tartar has not quite classically prepared Fabian Uerpmann, but this version has all guests at the brunch tasted so good, that absolutely nothing is left.
With a knife 1. fillet of beef as finely cut (if necessary a meat grinder can be used, but it is cut by hand in the classical sense).
2. The remaining ingredients among the mass lift and stir everything. The Tatar to taste with salt, pepper and some Pickle juice (if consistency too solid, admit more oil or cucumber juice).
3. With some fresh bread and sliced chives serve tartar.
