Fruit smoothies - to the SIP: a healthy alternative?

Smoothies, pureed fruit bottled increasingly replaces the lovingly designed fruit plate. The trend certainly fits in our time. But if I am honest, I found so far little appetizing gemanschte fruit on a shelf.
