Recipe - corn salad with roasted sunflower seeds

Ingredients for 2 people:For the salad: 1 package Feldsalat1 red Paprika2 - 3 TABLESPOONS sunflower seeds for the dressing: salt Pfefferknapp 1 tsp Zucker2 EL Balsamicoessig4 - 5 TBSP olive oil

Preparation:

Lamb's lettuce with roasted sunflower seeds tasted really good us to a piece fried fillet of beef. A suitable recipe for the cooking event of Gärtnerblog in September.

1. The Lamb's lettuce wash carefully and sort. Clean the peppers as well, remove the cores and cut into small pieces.

2. In addition to the preparation of the dressings sauté the sunflower seeds in a not (!) greased pan.

3. For the dressing first mixture with the balsamic vinegar mix salt, pepper and sugar. Also gradually stir in the olive oil.

4. The salad ingredients in a bowl mix together and serve to bread or meat.
